Mindworks is a facilitated program designed for people with early symptoms of dementia or memory loss. Classes are from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. every Thursday at Oshkosh Public Library. Mindworks is a facilitated program designed for people with early symptoms of dementia or memory loss. The curriculum provides opportunities for enhanced social connections while promoting brain health and overall wellness. This high-touch program is providing enrichment with a purpose – facilitators use a variety of programs to focus on enhancing abilities associated with changing memory conditions – and ultimately improve quality of life through social, meaningful activity. Mindworks also provides respite opportunity for caregivers and family members while participants are engaged in the Mindworks class.
