Emotional CPR (eCPR)

Emotional CPR (eCPR) is a two-day community education program focused on public health. It teaches people how to effectively support someone experiencing emotional distress or crisis.

eCPR emphasizes hope and aims to strengthen resilient and cooperative communities. The training spans 12 hours and covers three phases of support: Connecting, Empowering, and Revitalizing.

Developed with insights from trauma-informed approaches, suicide prevention, cultural empathy, and intersectionality, eCPR integrates the experiences of individuals who have navigated crises to determine what methods are beneficial.

eCPR is a program under the National Empowerment Center and is implemented worldwide through training sessions.

This program is offered by the Ebb and Flow Cooperative. Register at https://www.ebbandflowcooperative.com/trainings-events
