Please fill out this form to request a magazine or newspaper article. Most libraries do not lend entire issues of magazines on interlibrary loan. Requests for entire issues are unlikely to be filled so please limit magazine requests to requests for photocopies of the article.

*WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS - The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be used for any purpose other than private study, scholorship, or research. If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of fair use, that user may be liable for copyright infringement. Notice: Must be 18 years and older (proof of age may be asked for) to submit request; if younger, parent may submit request.   Fines on library card must be below $5.  Teacher cards may not be used for interlibrary loan requests. The library reserves the right to determine and limit each borrower's library privileges. Interlibrary loan items must be picked up at the Oshkosh Public Library and returned in the book drop located in the front lobby of the library.
