Emotional CPR (eCPR) is a two-day community education program focused on public health. It teaches people how to effectively support someone experiencing emotional distress or crisis.
eCPR emphasizes hope and aims to strengthen resilient and cooperative communities. The training spans 12 hours and covers three phases of support: Connecting, Empowering, and Revitalizing.
Emotional CPR is a public health education program that teaches people how to assist a person experiencing emotional crisis or distress. Coffee and light pastries will be provided in the morning and a snack in the afternoon. Lunch will be on your own. This eCPR certification is FREE for folks who live or work in Winnebago County.
